1. What kind of warranty do you offer on flooring materials?

We provide a 3 to 5-year warranty, depending on the flooring type. This warranty covers manufacturer defects in the flooring material. It does not cover damage caused by improper maintenance, moisture issues, pets, or normal wear and tear.

2. Do you offer a warranty on the installation?

Yes. All flooring installations come with a 1-year labor warranty, which covers craftsmanship issues such as loose boards, lifting planks, gaps, or transitions that need adjustment. We stand behind the quality of our work.

3. What warranty do you offer for flake epoxy flooring?

Our flake epoxy flooring includes an unlimited lifetime warranty for adhesion and peeling. This means your epoxy floor is guaranteed to remain bonded and durable for the life of the surface.

Note: Damage caused by chemicals, burns, or misuse is not covered.

9. How long does the installation process take?

Most residential flooring installs are completed within 1 to 3 days, depending on the size of the project and the type of flooring. Larger or commercial projects may require additional time. We always provide accurate timelines before we begin.

10. Do you remove old flooring?

Yes. We can remove old flooring (carpet, laminate, tile, hardwood, etc.) before installation. Disposal fees depend on the type of material being removed.
